We constantly strive to provide our customers with cost savings and revenue generating opportunities.” Our technology team is continuously developing new products and features that fit the needs of an ever-changing world. Keep reading to see our exciting new features for the V-Alert platform.

Fire Scanner Integration

We understand that the restoration industry often has periods of hiatus between large-scale jobs. In an attempt to increase job-flow, we have created an interactive fire scanner alert feature that automatically sends alerts for structure fires in cities you care about. In addition to the alert sent via email or text, customers can visualize the fire on our map command center. A satellite view is provided to understand important details of the structure such as size, architecture, and proximity to other buildings. The Image below shows how fire scanner data is visualized on the command center.

Automated Flood Risk Assessment

Customers who upload properties to V-Alert will now receive an automatic flood risk assessment based on FEMA floodplain mapping. Properties are ranked from greatest to least risk so you can prioritize preparation in the event of a natural disaster or major flood event. The picture below shows a property in a high flood risk region of Colorado.
